We as human beings, already possess business-related skills. That might refer to delegation or leadership abilities. If we could look back on our past experiences, for instance, we might have attempted to run a side hustle to make additional money, manage a large workforce or delegating house-chores. In order to create a sustainable business and contribute to the economy, combination of leadership and innovation is a must. All of us have these qualities; we just haven't looked inside ourselves yet.

Strong market knowledge is also essential for a firm to succeed, and since we are also consumers, no one could know the market better than us. At some point in time, we tend to take responsibility for our families. We care about them and their needs and try to fulfill them, just as strong leaders do. We know it.
